Best clothing store whe visited during our stay in Madrid. Smooth and clean design of the store and the clothes. The staff has nice taste in fashion and music and helped us on any questions and requests.

I recently purchased a sweater from NP and I am absolutely thrilled with it! The quality of the material is top-notch and it fits me perfectly. The color is exactly as described and the price was very reasonable. The shipping was fast and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely be shopping at this store again in the future. I visited this place a few weeks back. I love the concept and was really curious to see what they were about. I found products I wanted to buy but the staff (one in particular who interacted with me) had a bad attitude. He was rude, nasty and just had that look that he didn't care. I walked in excited to buy, I walked out angry and never to return.

Haven't seen such a bad customer service in a long time. Charging those ridiculous prices and on top receiving zero help right after the payment, pretty scam. Stay as far as possible, it's just low quality products hyped to sell high. When they remember to answer by email they just do it with copy and paste answers.
